Saint Joseph School fielded a smaller squad than it has in recent years, but that didn't stop Coach Mark Panning and the many parents who traveled to Dodge City to label the 2025 Diocesan Track meet as a tremendous success.  Although the final results are not in, virtually all of the squad managed to gain a ribbon for one or more events.  Particular stand-out participants would be Eston and Wesley Barnett, Aliyah Proffitt, and Mason Panning.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous, something that we don't expect when we visit Dodge City itself.  However the newly refurbished Memorial Stadium was a great surprise,with two high jump pits and four pits for long jumps.

The students were well supported by the many parents, and even some grandparents, who made the trip to Dodge.  As numbers were smaller this year, Mark Panning alone worked with the students, beginning practice just after Spring break. He reports that the cooperation and enthusiam that the students brought to the event could not have better.
